Basic Remoulade

Delicious sauce to compliment crab cakes, fried fish, fried shrimp, pretty much anything fried. This is not exactly an authentic cajun recipe, but it tastes great and is easy to mix up quick.

Basic Remoulade

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce red devil, red hot, tabasco, crystal, etc.
  • ½ tsp Cayanne Pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together

Keep this refrigerated until ready to eat.
